Registration is open for Hilloween event

Hilloween Half-Marathon planned for Oct. 27 will start and finish at Columbiana High School, 700 Columbiana-Waterford Road.

Registration begins at 5:30 a.m., and the race starts at 7. Registration costs $40. Participants can register online at active.com or runsignup.com. For those wishing to send a check, applications can be printed out from www.SandBFoundation.org by following the links for the half-marathon. Race-day registration will be available on site. Prizes will be awarded, and shirts will be available to those who preregister. Proceeds will go to the Columbiana Police Department’s Auxiliary. For information visit the website or call 330-482-9105.
