Youngstown State tied with Western Illinois 7-7 in 2Q

The Youngstown State football team is tied with Western Illinois 7-7 early in the second quarter of Saturday's game at Stambaugh Stadium.

Martin Ruiz's 60-yard TD run gave the Penguins the lead midway through the first quarter. WIU tied it on the first play of the second quarter with a 1-yard TD run by Trenton Norvell.
