Kelly Donlin and Joseph Simari were joined in marriage at 2 p.m. June 29 at St. John Cathedral.

The couple were celebrated with a reception at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel.

The bride is the daughter of James and Kathleen Donlin of Orlando, Fla. Joseph and Joanne Simari of Cleveland, formerly of Youngstown, are parents of the groom.

The bride wore a sleeveless A-line silk gown that featured two bows adorning an open back. The ensemble was completed with a beaded and jeweled belt.

The bride’s sister, Molly Donlin, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Calie Simari, sister of the groom, and the bride’s cousins, Casey Finzer and Kara, Abby, Bridget and Clare O’Donnell. The groom’s goddaughter, Maria Restivo, was flower girl. The attendants wore aluminum-colored gowns.

John Kane performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Tim Junglas, Dan Coleman, Pete Kahler, Shawn McNamara, Michael Fiscus, and the bride’s brother, Terry Donlin. The bride’s cousin, James O’Donnell, was ring bearer.

The couple earned bachelor’s degrees from Xavier University in Cincinnati; the bride studied communications, and the groom, English.

She works at Magnificat High School in Rocky River, Ohio. Her husband is employed at Corsaro and Associates Co., LPA in Westlake, Ohio.

After a trip to the Turks and Caicos Islands, they reside in Westlake.
