GLENDALE, Ariz.

Russell Wilson threw for three touchdowns, Marshawn Lynch rushed for 91 yards and the Seattle Seahawks beat the Arizona Cardinals, 34-22, on Thursday night.

The Seahawks (6-1) intercepted two of Carson Palmer’s passes, converting both into touchdowns, and sacked him seven times, twice by Chris Clemons, who had been questionable for the game with a hyperextended elbow.

Arizona (3-4) got a touchdown and one of its three field goals after Wilson twice fumbled while being sacked deep in Seattle territory.

Palmer has thrown 11 interceptions in the last five games and 13 this season, second only to Eli Manning’s 15.

Seattle sent the Cardinals to their seventh straight loss against an NFC West foe.

Wilson was 18 of 29 for 235 yards. He threw TD passes of 31 yards to Sidney Rice, 15 yards to Zach Miller and 1 yard to Kellen Davis. Lynch ran for 2-yard TD.

Steven Hauschka kicked field goals of 51 and 42 yards for the Seahawks.

Palmer was 30 of 45 for 258 yards. He threw an 8-yard TD pass to Jaron Brown midway through the fourth quarter.

Seattle shut down Arizona’s running game, limiting the Cardinals to 30 yards on 18 attempts.

Rashard Mendenhall ran 13 times for just 22 yards, including a 3-yard TD.
