Mom's bond revoked

A woman accused of strapping her children into car seats in front of a television while she went to work at a nursing home had her bond revoked Thursday.
Judge Maureen Sweeney revoked the bond for 25-year-old Kacee Moser after a police report was filed last week saying she threatened a worker with Mahoning County Children Services board, and also was not cooperating.
Prosecutors filed a motion Wednesday in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court asking Judge Sweeney to revoke the bond.
Judge Sweeney had agreed to a defense motion Aug. 5 to reduce her bond from $75,000 to $25,000 after she was indicted by a grand jury on two counts of child endangerment and two counts of abduction.
Beaver Township police said Moser went to work the overnight shift at a Western Reserve Road nursing home June 16 and left her two children, 3 years and 9 months old, strapped in their car seats in front of the TV.
Police found the children home alone and went to the nursing home to question Moser. She ran away from the home but turned herself in to police June 18.
Police initially were called to the home by a woman who knew Moser was working and was concerned about the children. Police saw the children through a living room window and broke the window to get to them.
Prosecutors attached a Youngstown police report to their motion from Oct. 8 where a case worker said Moser threatened her over the phone.
