Prayer rally is today for Gospel Fest

YOUNGSTOWN

A prayer rally will be at 6:30 p.m. today at Metro Assembly of God, 2530 South Ave., in anticipation of the Mahoning Valley Gospel Fest planned Oct. 25-27 at Chaney High School Auditorium, 731 S. Hazelwood Ave.

A group of local ministers organized the event that will feature Gospel music including singer Janet Paschal and speakers including Marty Martinez and Nicky Cruz. The River of Life Crusade Team will participate.

At the event, more than $10,000 in grocery vouchers will be distributed from Hubbard Save-A-Lot to help feed those in need in our community.

Translation technology will also be available, so everyone can hear and understand the messages.
