Man gets 9 years in prison for gross sexual imposition

YOUNGSTOWN

A 40-year-old Milton Township man was sentenced to nine years in prison this morning in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court for 17 counts of gross sexual imposition.

Christopher Miller received the sentence from Judge Maureen Sweeney after he pleaded guilty to the charges in September.

Miller was accused of unlawful conduct with his minor step children, who are daughters of his wife, from Oct. 1, 2011, to March 15, 2012.
