Event details

Who: Sponsors are ICU Block Watch, St. Dominic Church and Horizon Academy.

What: Halloween alternative, no costumes needed. Children younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

When: 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Where: Gated lot at the corner of Cottage Grove and Auburndale Avenue in Youngstown.

Details: The free event will feature food, music, treat bags with candy, Kids Identi-Kits and bounce-around. Youngstown, Hubbard, Austintown, Boardman and Youngstown State University police departments will be on hand with officers and equipment, Youngstown fire department will have a fire truck, others attending will be the Mahoning County Sheriff canine unit and “The Bear,” the emergency response vehicle.
