From spaghetti-eating to parade, events abound for YSU Homecoming Week

Youngstown State University celebrates Homecoming 2013 this week with a full array of events, food and activities, beginning Monday and concluding Saturday with the annual parade and football game.

Tailgating sponsored by the Student Government Association begins at 11 a.m. Saturday, with the parade at 2 p.m. on Fifth Avenue and the game against Western Illinois at 4 p.m. in Stambaugh Stadium.

MONDAY

SGA Monday Morning Kick Start- Free Coffee, 7:30 to 10 a.m., Kilcawley Center/Campus Core.

Photo Booth, “Memory Strips” and a Mechanical Bull, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Kilcawley Center/Campus Core.

Carmstrong Bocce for Hope, Bocce Tournament. 5 p.m., MVR restaurant.

TUESDAY

Caricature Artist, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Kilcawley Center/Campus Core.

Rookery Radio Live, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Kilcawley Center/Campus Core.

Homecoming Cook-out, 5 to 8 p.m., Newman Center.

WEDNESDAY
