It will include the funeral profession’s best practices and consumers’ legal rights on prepaid funerals.

Speakers will be Atty. Scott Gilligan, counsel to the Ohio Funeral Directors Association; Kenn Peterson, regional director, Homesteaders Life Insurance Co.; and Atty. Robert Rusu, past president, Mahoning County Bar Association.
