Youngstown Area Federation of Women’s Clubs will meet at 11:30 a.m. for a “Memories” luncheon and scholarship fundraiser celebrating its 102 years. The event will take place at Holiday Inn, 7410 South Ave., Boardman. It will feature a style show and entertainment. Meditation will be given by Debra Kostelic. Tickets are $35.
