Angels for Animals sets Barktoberfest

Angels for Animals will host Barktoberfest, a beer-tasting and German food festival, from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday in Andrews Hall at Angels, 4750 W. South Range Road.

Advance tickets cost $15 per person or $25 per couple, and at the door they are $20 for a single and $35 for a couple.

Among the features will be entertainment, a 50-50 raffle, and basket and silent auctions.

Proceeds will benefit Angels and Friends of Fido.
