Alicia Kaufman, 30, Fairfield Avenue, Columbiana, possession of heroin.

Jasmaine Moore, 25, East Midlothian Boulevard, carrying concealed weapons and illegal possession of weapons.

William Sanders, 53, Parkwood Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Paul K. Kerr, 47, Wetmore Avenue, Struthers, burglary and two counts possession of drugs.

Mark Watkins, 48, Purdue Avenue, driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Jason L. Harmon, 23, Verona Avenue, possession of cocaine and illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility.

Israel Jusino III, 33, Rush Boulevard, possession of heroin with a forfeiture specification.

Michaelyn Purucker, 37, Howard Street, possession of cocaine.

Timothy McCauley, 34, Franklin Street, Niles, possession of drugs.

Mateen Abdullah, 51, East Princeton Avenue, kidnapping with a sexual motivation specification, abduction and menacing by stalking.

Anthony Sabella, 36, West Liberty Street, Hubbard, possession of heroin.

Amanda P. Smith, 27, Hyatt Avenue, Campbell, theft.

Andrew D. McCourt, 26, Mock Road, Berlin Center, five counts of burglary and two counts of theft.

Jaime Runyon, 33, North Ridgeville, theft.

Gregory Burns, 40, Celeste Circle, burglary.

Michael Maynard, 22, Poland Avenue, Struthers, theft.

Thomas Huff, 42, Euclid Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Brian Mennell, 33, West Earle Avenue, receiving stolen property.

Michael Pippin, 27, North Richview Avenue, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Jesse North, 42, Summer Street, two counts of rape.

Shay Jeremy Brown, 22, Steel Street, burglary.

Xioa Nikki Moore, 42, Niles-Cortland Road, Warren, theft.

Elmer R. Bliss Jr., 37, Calvin Street, breaking and entering and receiving stolen property.
