Watercolors at the Gardens
When: Today, 6:30 p.m.
What: Meet and greet artist Gary Bukovnik at fundraiser that supports permanent art collection at Fellows Riverside Gardens. Taste locally sourced food by The Sprouted Table, enjoy fine wine and see unveiling of “Fellows Riverside Gardens Iris,” a specially commissioned, large-scale painting for the gardens. Final opportunity to bid on Bukovnik’s four original watercolors.
Cost: $100 per ticket.

PUMPKIN CARVING
When: Oct. 17, 18 and 19, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
What: Drop in and carve a pumpkin or two for display (while pumpkin supply lasts). Dress in warm layers for carving in the Service Building. Carving tools will be available or bring your own.

Gardening Basics: Dahlias
When: Oct. 19, 2-4 p.m.
What: Learn basics of growing, digging, dividing, storing dahlias from Master Gardeners Stan and Linda Vuletich on a tour of the display beds and dahlia garden. Each student will receive tubers to take home.

PUMPKIN WALK AT TWILIGHT
When: Oct. 20, 5:30-8 p.m.
What: The whole family can stroll through Fellows Riverside Gardens and see more than 700 illuminated pumpkins. Enjoy rafts and entertainment.

Eternal Spring – Gardens in Watercolor
When: Through Nov. 10
What: International artist Gary Bukovnik brings his world-renowned floral watercolor artwork to the Weller Gallery. His work is reminiscent of Asian art and its luminescence.

Botanical Pottery: Green Man Mask
When: Tuesday, 5:30-8 p.m.
What: Lynn Cardwell, leads construction of “green man” mask for your home or garden while sharing folklore related to green man. Your project will be glazed, fired and ready for pickup in about four weeks.
