Hubbard police investigate Make-A-Wish theft

HUBBARD — Hubbard city police are investigating a theft of Make-A-Wish donations from a grocery store.

A woman who appeared to be in her 20's took a jar of money from the counter of a liquor store inside the Shop-n-Save on North Main Street at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

A witness saw her drive away in a 1990's blue Camaro with T-tops.

She is described as short and stocky with red hair. She was wearing a silver hoodie and red pajama pants.
