Kathleen Bayus and James Deitsch were married at 5 p.m. Sept. 7 at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Park. Ronald Chick officiated. A reception followed at the home of the couple in Hubbard.

Dorothy Bayus of Hubbard and the late Albert N. Bayus Sr. are the parents of the bride, and the late Jack and Helen Deitsch are the parents of the groom.

The bride wore a linen ankle-length ivory gown with a lace overlay.

Tracey Kowalski, wearing a royal-blue lace gown, was maid of honor.

Larry Muffley performed the duties of best man.

The bride’s sons, Jacob W. Bayus and Matthew S. Palmer, participated in the ceremony.

Mrs. Deitsch works as a title examiner, and Mr. Dietsch works as a director of maintenance and environmental services.
