Advent Night for Life to be Dec. 10

Men and Women United for Life, a Pro-Life group in the Diocese of Youngstown, will sponsor an Advent Night for Life on Dec. 10 at 7 p.m. in the Parish Center of Holy Family church, located at 2729 Center Road in Poland.

Sr. Karen Marie Barile, O.S.H.J., Director of Religious Education at Our Lady of Mr. Carmel and St. Anthony of Padua Churches, will present “Blessed Mother Mary’s ‘Yes’ to God’s plan for the salvation of all people.”

Christine Patoray, a graduate of Boardman High School and Franciscan University in Steubenville, will share the blessings and challenges of living a chaste lifestyle in today’s world. Laura Kotheimer, Liturgist at St. Charles church will lead the group with Advent songs.
