City offices: Youngstown, Salem, closed Thursday; Warren, Niles, Sharon, Newton Falls Municipal Court, closed today and Friday; New Castle, closed today and Friday.

County offices: Mahoning and Columbiana, closed today; Trumbull, Mercer, Lawrence, closed today and Friday.

State and federal offices: Closed today.

Schools: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Salem, closed today and Friday; Sharon, closed today and Friday; New Castle, closed today through Monday; Youngstown Diocese, closed today and Friday; please contact your local school to confirm.

Universities: Youngstown State, closed today and Friday; Kent State at Trumbull, closed today through Saturday.

Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): Closed today; regular schedule Friday.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, McKinley Memorial Library-Niles, Newton Falls Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Warren-Trumbull, closed today; Bristol Public Library-Bristolville, closed today and Friday; Kinsman Free Public Library, closed today through Saturday; Girard Free Library, closed today through Sunday.
