St. James Chapel at Quigley Center was the setting on July 13 when Ashley Nan Grenesko and Ryan Kelly Yosay exchanged vows.
The Rev. Justin Dafron officiated at the 5:15 p.m. ceremony.
Areception followed at the Sofitel Chicago Water Tower.
The couple reside in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago.
A wedding trip to the Caribbean has been delayed until the spring of 2014.
She is the daughter of Donald and Marcia Grenesko of Winnetka, Ill., and he is the son of John and Linda Yosay of Boardman.
The bride graduated from Miami University of Ohio and earned a master’s degree in early childhood education from DePaul University. She is a preschool teacher for Immaculate Conception School in Chicago.
Her husband also graduated from Miami University and is attending Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business Management and working for his master’s degree in business administration. He is vice president of sales for Morningstar in Chicago.
The bride wore a strapless A-line gown featuring a sweetheart neckline and beaded belt.
The bride’s sister Gretchen Olsen was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Erin Yosay, the groom’s sister; Emily Grenesko and Allison Stecko, the bride’s sisters; Julie Oldenburg; Jenny Rosenstein; Kelsey Lutz; and Sarah Zaki.
The attendants wore cobalt-blue gowns.
Dr. John M. Yosay, the groom’s brother, was best man. Groomsmen were Peter Safran, Matthew Gill, Sean Nelson, Christopher Weiss and Andrew Goddard.
Ring bearers were William Olsen, Mason Stecko and Ronan Stevens, nephews of the bride.
Ushers were Luke Olsen, Todd Stecko and Shawn Stevens, brothers-in-law of the bride.
