WEST FARMINGTON

A $414,400 Community Development Block Grant will allow the village to construct a wastewater collection and treatment system and help 50 households connect to the system. In all, 184 households will benefit from the project.

“Efficient and safe water systems are integral to providing a strong quality of life for Ohioans and better position our communities for job creation,” said David Goodman, director of the Ohio Development Services Agency, which announced the grant in a news release.

The Community Development Block Grant Program is administered by the Ohio Development Services Agency’s Office of Community Development.
