Trinity Lutheran Church was the setting when Lauren Nichole Brown and Michael Gordon Reese exchanged vows Sept. 14. The Rev. Jeff Bullock officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony, and a reception followed at the Canton Club Event Center.

Parents of the bride are Richard and Lynn Brown of McDonald. Sonny and Marina Reese of Tallmadge, Ohio, are the parents of the groom.

After a wedding trip to Peter Island Resort in the British Virgin Islands, the couple reside in Tallmadge.

The bride’s gown featured a sweetheart neckline and was embellished with beads and rhinestones on layers of organza over her skirt and train.

Rebekah Francini was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Samantha Weaver, Amanda Camuso and Rebecca Brown, the bride’s cousin.

The attendants wore navy-blue tea-length dresses.

Anthony Francini performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Adam Zaleha, Kyle Hug, Bobby Grossman and Joe Hagan.

The bride earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Akron. She is a telemetry nurse for Summa Health System-Summa Barberton Hospital, Barberton, Ohio.

Her husband earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Akron and is an engineer for B.G.I. LLC in Akron.
