Dana Christen Elias of Canfield and David Alex Patrick of Austintown were married June 22 at St. John Greek Orthodox Church. A reception followed at the Mahoning Country Club in Girard.

The parents of the bride are David and Estee Elias of Canfield. Greg Patrick and Linda Dumas-Patrick, both of Austintown, are the parents of the groom.

The bride wore a white satin gown adorned with beading at the waist and featuring a train.

Alexis Elias-Spohn, the bride’s sister, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jaclyn S. Elias, sister of the bride; Carrie DeMarco; Amanda O’Neill; and Krista Patrick, the groom’s sister. The bride’s niece, Alena Rosado, was the junior bridesmaid and Caitlin Guy was the flower girl. The attendants wore purple knee-length dresses.

The groom’s brother, Kevin Patrick, was best man. Groomsmen included Brad Homer, Josh Stipanovich and Michael O’Neill. The ring bearer was Landon Spohn, nephew and godson of the bride. Other participants were Chrissy Palmer and Alyssa Paidas, the bride’s cousin. The koumbari were Kathy Conrad and Heather McCormick.

The bride is a third-grade teacher at Austintown Intermediate School. She earned her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Youngstown State University.

The groom earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a doctor of physical therapy degree, both from YSU. He works for Drayer Physical Therapy in Austintown.

After a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple reside in Austintown.
