YSU trails South Dakota State 7-6 in 1Q


The Youngstown State football team trails South Dakota State 7-6 in the first quarter of Saturday's game at Stambaugh Stadium.

After giving up a touchdown on SDSU's opening drive, the Penguins went three-and-out, but recovered a fumble on the punt return. YSU RB Martin Ruiz scored from 1-yard out but the extra point was blocked.
