Christie N. Baker and Jeffrey A. Mitch are announcing their engagement.

David and Ursula Baker of Poland are the parents of the future bride. The parents of the prospective groom are Raymond and Carol Mitch of Butler, Pa.

The couple are planning a June 21, 2014, ceremony in Poland.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Duquesne and Kent State universities. She teaches Spanish at Jackson Milton High School in North Jackson.

Her fiancé is a graduate of Duquesne University and works as a certified public accountant for Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Pittsburgh.
