Woman found beaten outside Nles bar

A woman was taken by ambulance to St. Elizabeth Health Center for treatment after being beaten at 631 Vienna Ave. early Saturday.

Police were called to the tavern at 12:52 a.m. and found a woman on the ground outside, bleeding heavily from her face.

She was crying and appeared to be highly intoxicated, saying she was assaulted by two females. A male friend said he found her but didn’t know what happened.

The owner of Tommy Dog’s tavern offered to review its video to see if it shows what happened.
