Boardman police investigating thefts from Babies R Us

BOARDMAN — Township police are investigating two separate thefts from Babies R' Us on Doral Drive.

Police were called to the store around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday for the report of a theft.

The assistant store manager told police a man in his 30s came into the store and concealed multiple items totaling $250.

The sensors went off as the suspect left the store. Surveillance video was given to the police.

Police were called to the store again at 3:10 p.m. Tuesday for a theft report.

The assistant manager told police three women entered the store and took a pair of baby booties, pants set and a shirt set.
