Lions club collects eyeglasses for needy

YOUNGSTOWN

Youngstown Lions Club is responsible for collection boxes at several locations for the public to drop off eyeglasses.

The eyeglasses will then be sent to a Lions club in Uniontown, where they will be given to those in need.

The locations are the Brownlee Woods, Campbell, Canfield, Youngstown, Poland and Struthers libraries; Easter Seals; Eye Care Associates on Dutton Drive and Western Reserve Road; Eye Catchers in Boardman and Columbiana; Howard Hanna Real Estate in Poland; Park Vista; Re/Max Valley Real Estate; Youngstown City Hall; Wickliffe Presbyterian Church; Senior Independence Center; Youngstown Hearing & Speech; Easter Seals Adult Day Care; and America’s Best Contacts.
