Western Union, XVI Global Solutions announce new partnership Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — Western Union and XVI Global Solutions today will announce the launch of a new partnership aimed at improving the experience of customers looking to transfer money.

The program, part of an ongoing partnership between the companies, will add 200 customer-service agents to assist in transactions, officials said today in a press statement.
