Top Hat again visits ‘57th Street’

Top Hat Productions will present six dinner-theater performances of “57th Street” beginning Friday. The show, written and directed by Top Hat founder Brian Palumbo, is one of the company’s most requested shows.

Shows will be Friday, Saturday, Nov. 29 and 30, and Dec. 6 and 7, at Fairview Arts and Outreach Center, 4220 Youngstown-Poland Road. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. with the performance following. “57th Street” is set in 1969 and follows the residents of a Detroit neighborhood, most of whom are trying to become recording stars.

The cast includes Jocelyn Bolling, James Burns, Cynthia Bryant, Daniel Colvin, Samantha Daisher, Kristyn DeAnna, Julie DeSalvo, Angel Febres, Marlene Figley, Monique Franklin, Carrie Garris, Joshua Green, Courtney Griffin, Rachell Joy, Arianna LeShawn, Jacinda Madison, Jennifer Milligan, Julie Palumbo, Jaylen Smith and Anthony Villa.
