Speedy thieves hit Bath and Body Works

Boardman police are investigating who stole more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from Bath and Body Works on Friday.

A worker for Bath and Body, located on U.S. Route 224, told police three women came to the store and began filling up shopping bags.

The worker approached the women and they ran out of the store. Two of them got into a bus and the other a Chrysler 300.

The women were only in the store for 15 to 30 seconds.

The women are accused of taking $1,052 in lotion, mists and body spray.

No arrests have been made.
