New Castle woman dies in two-car crash today
NEW CASTLE, Pa. — A woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 376 in Pulaski Township at 1:30 p.m. today.
Chong S. Wigley, 71, of Corry Road, New Castle, was driving west in the right lane when she struck the rear of the car in front of him, Pennsylvania State Police said. Her SUV rolled over several times.
A passenger, Jacqueline Wigley, 62, also of New Castle, was not hurt. The driver of the other car, Tilinda Rosales, 51, of Sharon, Pa., was not hurt. State police said everyone was wearing seat belts.
