Guitar Shorty will be at Monteen’s

National recording artist Guitar Shorty, known as Git Shorty, and company will headline two shows Nov. 30 at Monteen Southern Cuisine, 3807 Belmont Ave.

Git Shorty is a blues and R&B guitarist who has played with Ray Charles and Little Richard and is known for his trick guitar-playing and showmanship.

He will be accompanied by blues singer Ms. Priscilla. There will also be line dancing with Ronnie Rupert, the line dance king, along with Judy Franklin and Erwin Adams. The shows will be hosted by Jody B.
