EDINBURG, PA.

Rob and Stephanie Matvey of Edinburg, Pa., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Alicia Matvey, also of Edinburg, and Craig Simms of Waterford, Ohio.

Tom and Debbie Simms of Waterford are the parents of the prospective groom.

Invitations will be extended for the 3:30 p.m. April 26, 2014, ceremony at the farm of the bride’s parents, and for the reception, also at the farm.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University. She is a case manager for Westbrook Health Services in Parkersburg, W.Va.

Her fiancé is studying for a degree in agriculture at Wilmington College. He is a soil and water technician for the Soil and Water Conservation District in Marietta, Ohio.
