‘Well-being’ lecture

Sharon, Pa.

Penn State Shenango psychology professor Yuna L. Ferguson will give a free lecture on “Improving Well-Being through Positive Psychology” at 7 p.m. Nov. 21 in Sharon Hall room 105, located on Penn Avenue, downtown.

Ferguson’s research reaches into the well-being of adolescents and adults, including self-compassion, personal goals and motivation, happiness strategies, and cultural identify.
