Ellwood City woman gets 10 months for embezzling from credit union

PITTSBURGH

A 60-year-old Ellwood City, Pa., woman is going to federal prison for 10 months after she pleaded guilty to embezzling about $110,000 from a credit union.

Senior U.S. District Judge Gustave Diamond imposed the sentence Tuesday on Victoria

Rozanski and ordered her to make full restitution.

The U.S. attorney said Rozanski stole the money between January 2003 and May 2009 from the Holy Redeemer Parish Federal Credit Union in Ellwood City, which she managed.

Rozanski will be on supervised release for three years after prison. The FBI investigated the case.
