Mike Tarantino, owner of iM Image Marketing in Canfield, graduated from the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Emerging Leaders Class. He is one of just nine entrepreneurs to graduate the course, which is taught only in 27 communities nationwide. The 26-week course is a federal training initiative that specifically focuses on executives who own businesses poised for growth.
