The Youngstown State football team leads Northern Iowa 14-3 at halftime of Saturday's game at the UNI-Dome.

YSU quarterback Kurt Hess has thrown for a TD (to Andre Stubbs) and run for another and the Penguins' defense has forced two turnovers.
