Youngstown State leads UNI 14-12 in fourth

The Youngstown State football team leads Northern Iowa 14-12 entering the fourth quarter of Saturday's game at the UNI-Dome.

UNI QB Brion Carnes hit Chad Owens with a 13-yard TD pass with 13 minutes left in the fourth. The conversion pass fell incomplete.

YSU quarterback Kurt Hess has thrown for a TD (to Andre Stubbs) and run for another and the Penguins' defense has forced two turnovers and made a goal-line stand.
