Two-car crash
WARREN
A 29-year-old Leavittsburg woman was cited for failure to yield the right of way on a left turn after a two-car crash on East Market Street at Perkinswood Boulevard on Thursday morning.
Lynsey Carr, of North Meadowbrook Drive, was cited in the 10:34 a.m. crash that injured Pamela Chapin, 58, of Meadowbrook Drive Southeast in Warren.
The Warren Fire Department said a mechanical tool had to be used to cut Chapin out of her vehicle so she could be taken to ValleyCare Trumbull Memorial Hospital for treatment of her injuries.
