Fowler police get state grant

FOWLER — The Fowler Township Police Department has received a $65,000 grant from the Ohio Department of Public Safety’s Ohio Traffic Safety Office.

The department will use the funds for education on traffic safety, distracted driving and sober driving. The money will be channeled to the Trumbull County Safe Communities organization.
