Universities: Youngstown State and Kent State Trumbull Campus, no classes.

Western Reserve Transit Authority: Operating on Saturday schedule.

Public libraries: Kinsman Free Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Girard Free Library, Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, McKinley Memorial Library- Niles, all open; Youngstown-Mahoning County, Warren-Trumbull, Newton Falls Public Library, Leetonia Community Public Library, closed.

Stock market: Stifel Nicolaus, open.

Banks: Chase Bank, Charter One, Cortland Banks, Farmers National Bank, First National Bank, First Place Bank-Warren, Home Federal Savings & Loan-Niles, Home Savings & Loan, Huntington Bank-Austintown, Key Bank, PNC Ohio, PNC Pennsylvania, closed.
