12 kids need parents in Trumbull County

A billboard campaign to recruit adoptive families has begun in Trumbull County as part of National Adoption Month.

The theme of this year’s campaign is “Help Us Build Stronger Families.” Trumbull County Children Services has 12 youth age 2 to 17 in foster care and in need of adoptive families.
