Attempted breaking and entering: An attempt was made to break into Tractor Supply, 6225 Mahoning Ave., and steal a log splitter.
Theft: Police issued a summons to Brian Morgan, 55, of Ridgelawn Avenue, Youngstown, for theft and disorderly conduct at Little Hunan Restaurant,4748 Mahoning Ave.
Aggravated menacing: A handgun was pointed at a victim at MoJo’s, 6292 Mahoning Ave.

Assault: An assault was reported at an apartment in the 400 block of South Raccoon Road.
Theft: A front license plate was stolen from an auto parked at a home in the 3000 block of New Road.
Assault: An assault was reported at a home in the 3000 block of Meanderwood Drive.
Aggravated menacing: A male was threatened by a neighbor at a home in the 4000 block of Pembrook Road.
Theft: Lawn-care items were stolen from an auto parked at a home in the 3000 block of Darbyshire Drive.
Fraud: Unauthorized transactions were made to a checking account at a home in the 600 block of Harvard Place.
Identity theft: An AT&T cellphone account was changed at a home in the 2000 block of Ardenwood Place.
Burglary: There is a suspect in a burglary at a home in the 200 block of Idlewood Road.
Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Carmen Scali, 35, of Creed Street, Campbell, for possession of marijuana.

Breaking and entering: Cash was taken in a break-in at Lucianno’s, 1739 S. Raccoon Road.
Menacing: A report of menacing was made at a home in the 200 block of Idaho Road.
Theft: A stereo was taken from an auto at Car Stereo Headquarters, 5462 Mahoning Ave.
Recovered property: A gun was located in a returned rental car at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 4908 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: An employee is accused of theft at Dairy Queen, 146 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Attempted breaking and entering: A dead bolt was pried out of an office door, but nothing was reported missing at Ultra Shine Auto Spa, 1432 S. Raccoon Road.
Theft: Police arrested Charles Schisler, 29, of Matta Avenue, Youngstown, for theft of candy and a hair-color product at Dollar General, 6000 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A cellphone was reported lost or stolen at Austintown Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.
Theft: Police issued a summons to John Douglas, 40, of Earle Avenue, Youngstown, for theft and obstructing official business. He is accused of stealing a cellphone and razor blades valued at $87.72 from Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

Arrest: Police arrested Warren Jones, 21, of Black Oak Drive, Niles, on a charge of obstructing official business.
Theft: Jewelry was taken from a home in the 3000 block of Black Oak Court.
Theft: A hedge trimmer was stolen from Bill’s Sales and Service, 5421 Mahoning Ave.
Identity theft: Stolen personal information was used to rent an apartment at a home in the 4000 block of Nantucket Drive.
Criminal damaging: Tires were slashed on a vehicle at home in the 4000 block of Kirk Road.
Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Halston Harpin, 21, of Spearman Avenue, Farrell, Pa., on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Warrant: Police arrested Krystal Mousser, 25, of Akron, on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge.
Warrant: Police arrested Terrell Eargle, 28, of North Kimberly Avenue, on a warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on a traffic charge.
