Warren man bound to grand jury on four felonies
WARREN
Michael L. Green Jr., 32, who was arrested with an assault weapon containing nearly 100 rounds of ammunition in connection with shots fired at Taemarr Walker’s home on Kenwood Drive Southwest a week ago, was bound over to a Trumbull County grand jury on four felonies.
A judge in Warren Municipal Court ordered that Green continue to be held in the Trumbull County jail without eligibility to make bond.
Green waived a hearing on the charges today — two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm and two counts of carrying a concealed weapon.
Green, of the 2100 block of Jackson Street Southwest, was apprehended by troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol as he tried to drive away from Walker’s home at 12:44 a.m. Oct. 28 just after the occupants of Walker’s home reported shots were fired into the home, damaging the interior of the home but not injuring anyone inside.
