ELECTION UPDATE | Souder, Simpson and Bekar have early leads for Columbiana Council

LISBON — With absentee ballots turned in, Ted Souder, Richard Simpson and Daniel Bekar have the early lead for the three seats available on Columbiana Council. Five are running for the three seats. Meanwhile, Bryan Blakeman, the Republican, has a 13-vote lead over David Spatholt for Columbiana mayor.
