ELECTION UPDATE | Conrad had early lead for Salem treasurer

LISBON — John Conrad has an early lead over Beth Dickey-Thompson for Salem treasurer. With absentee ballots in, Conrad is leading by just 13 votes. In the four-person race for three Salem at-large council seats, early leaders are Jeff Cushman and Brian Whitehill, both Republicans, and Roy Paparodis.
