ELECTION UPDATE | Adair, Williams, Shadd lead Youngstown school board race

YOUNGSTOWN

With the city’s 7th Ward and absentee ballots counted, Jackie Adair, Jerome Williams and Ronald Shadd are leading in the city board of education race. Adair has 1,821 votes followed by Williams with 1,691 and Shadd with 1,480. Hattie Wilkins has 1,244 votes and incumbent Lock P. Beachum Sr., a write in candidate, has 117 votes.
