Vacant Youngstown church destroyed by fire

YOUNGSTOWN

A vacant lower West Side church was destroyed in an arson about 4:10 a.m. today.

Crews called to the 631 Salt Springs Road church found it engulfed in flames and the roof was in the process of collapsing.

Damage is listed at $46,370. There were no injuries.
