Three to be interviewed for Youngstown health administrator

YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Board of Health today reviewed applications by the top three applicants for the position of health administrator, and tentatively scheduled a special meeting at 8 a.m. Nov. 13 to interview the candidates. The board received six applications for the position and reduced the number to three at its October meeting.

The candidates to be interviewed are Erin Bishop, acting health commissioner since February 2011; Felicia Alexander, director of the Youngstown Office of Minority Health since 2008; and Dr. Joshua Morton M.D. of Niles, field event manager for Health Fitness Corp. since 2009.
