Ohio man charged after woman found bound, naked

LORAIN, Ohio

An Ohio man is in custody on charges of rape and kidnapping after a woman he is alleged to have attacked was found bound and naked by the side of a country road.

The Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports 38-year-old Brian M. Jury of Bellevue is in Lorain City Jail awaiting arraignment after his arrest Friday.

Lorain Police Lt. Roger Watkins told the newspaper the woman reported being abducted from central Lorain, held at gunpoint and taken to a rural farming area. She told officers she was bound and sexually assaulted for several hours.

The woman said she escaped after her attacker left the area.
